Welcome to the DC/Virginia Real Estate Investors Group (DC/VAREIG) website! 

DC/VAREIG is one of the fastest growing real estate investors group in the greater Washington D.C. Metropolitan area.  We are an affiliate club of the DC/Central Maryland Real Estate Investors Group (DC-CMREIG) which is one of the largest groups in the United States affiliated with the National Real Estate Investor Association (NationalREIA).  DC/VAREIG enjoys many of the same features as DC/CMREIG but with a convenient Northern Virginia location for those investors in the Northern Virginia area.

DC/VAREIG hosts monthly meetings near Dulles Airport in Chantilly, Virginia (meeting information) where nationally recognized speakers and real estate educators present leading edge concepts in real estate investing designed to help new and experienced individuals alike to become "savvy" real estate investors.

On average, many of our members come for the first time because of the reputation of our group.

Most, however, stay long term because of our emphasis on integrity, networking and the concept of "learning together" to create long-term wealth through real estate investing.
